You deliver essential care and support to individuals requiring assistance due to age, illness, or disability, facilitating their daily activities and promoting their overall health and comfort.
What you'll do
- Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility support
- Safe transfers and fall-prevention awareness
- Medication reminders and daily routine support
- Meal preparation and nutrition support
- Clear notes and updates for families
What we look for
- Valid PSW certificate
- Genuine compassion and patience
- Reliability and strong communication
- A second language (Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi or Swedish) is an asset
